Following the latest announcements from the Quebec government regarding the relaxation of confinement measures for certain regions, we would like to inform you of the evolution of the situation in our optometry clinics.
As an essential service, our clinics remain open by appointment to offer all services, including regular eye exams, as well as eyewear services, including the sale of glasses.
Due to the curfew (8pm to 5am in red zones and 9:30pm to 5am in orange zones starting February 8), the hours of operation of some clinics may be subject to change We invite you to consult our Clinics section to find out the schedule for your clinic.
We continue to apply all necessary measures to ensure your safety and that of our teams. Your health is our #1 priority and we make sure to offer you a safe experience and environment when you visit us.
First, we continue to limit the number of patients present in our clinics. This allows us to respect social distancing and to welcome you in an environment in which you will feel comfortable.
Second, appointments remain essential in order to be able to visit the clinic, either for a standard appointment or to pick up your order.
We strongly recommend that you check the information on your clinic’s page before coming to your clinic. We continue to ask you to contact us by phone, email or by filling out an appointment request.
Thank you for your collaboration, we look forward to seeing you again. Stay safe!
