Winter isn't over yet, but the main Spring-Summer 2014 fashion trends can already be found in stores. Let's take a closer look at what the next season will feature. The main theme: femininity!

Eye Catching Pop Art

One of the strongest trends this season is Pop Art, inspired by visual arts. It includes bright colors, well defined shapes and especially artistic prints. Like an artist's canvas, think brushstrokes, splashes of colour and misty watercolours. Chanel's total look will turn heads, while accessories will lend a sophisticated and playful touch.

Smooth Pastels

On the colour side, we'll see life in pastel! Blush pink, baby blue, mint and lemon yellow are everywhere in the great designer collections, especially for Miu Miu. Easy to match, this trend will add softness and femininity to your outfits.

Mixed Bouquet

Floral patterns make a comeback this season in various versions: romantic, oriental and exotic. We love the pattern's softness and the life it brings an outfit. Floral pattenrs are a staple for the summer season. Avoid flower prints on pants, since they're not always very flattering, and instead opt for a light and feminine knee-length skirt or dress.

Hide and seek transparency

Transparency is everywhere on the catwalks. Already very popular on red carpets, it's perfect for a classy-sexy look and ultimate glamour! To adapt it to everyday life, choose a large blouse on top of  a camisole, for a successful sophisticated look.

Graphic Effects

Finally, graphic patterns remain in the game again this season. Colourful or monochrome, very straight lines and sharp contrasts give some oomph to your outfits. If you find patterns difficult to wear, opt instead for polka dotted or checkered accessories. It's the perfect way to incorporate this trend.
